Trail Notes June 2nd

This past week along the trail has involved much less painting than other weeks. My week started with a continuation of adding images to my RedBubble store for use as throw pillows/cushions and ipad covers. There are a lot to choose from now, for example this one:

I spent a bit of time this week finishing off the painting of the sad lady. I’m fairly pleased with how she’s turned out and its time to move on now.

Excuse the annoying watermark,my usual tool wasn’t working!

Its up to the viewer to decide what the keys around her neck mean and I’m sure each person will come to a different conclusion. That’s half the fun of painting!

During the week I visited Costco here in Sydney and was excited to find this gem in their book section for only $9.99:

Finally, one of the most creative things I did was go to Vivid (as a family) Sydney. It was breathtaking to see what creative people can do with projected lights. The Opera House was amazing but we loved Custom’s House the most with its musical theme. Very inspiring!

That’s about it for this week along the trail, I hope to get more painting in this week and continue along the path.
